Information you provide
Our consultation form collects your name, email, optional telephone number and business name, the type of help you seek, and your brief message. We also record the submission time and delivery status. Please do not submit medical records, financial account details, identification documents, privileged communications, or other sensitive records through this form.
How an inquiry is used
Reputation Repair uses the information to review your request, contact you about it, and discuss potential services. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a separate marketing or automated text-message program.
Where an inquiry goes
A copy is stored in the website’s private consultation inbox and sent to HubSpot for inquiry handling. Website hosting and CRM providers process information needed to operate these services. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives requests for those assets. The inbox is restricted to the site owner.
External services
DeleteMe handles standard privacy enrollment, and removal-identification information on its own website under its own terms and privacy policy. External publications and scheduling links also have their own practices. Follow-up work may require a separately agreed secure channel.
Website measurement
We record limited website event counts, such as page views, consultation-button clicks, telephone-link clicks, and privacy-plan clicks. The event records contain only a predefined event type, a known page path, and time. We do not include inquiry contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, URL query strings, or persistent visitor identifiers in those records. Counts are approximate and do not establish completed partner enrollments. Records older than 90 days are removed when a new event is recorded. Measurement is skipped when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
