How to evaluate a reputation campaign timeline

Assess milestones, dependencies, and evidence without mistaking a publishing schedule for a ranking promise.

Separate the work from the outcome

An assessment, approved biography, and published asset are deliverables. Indexing and changes in search visibility are separate developments. A clear proposal distinguishes what the team can execute from what independent platforms decide.

Look at the actual landscape

The authority of existing sources, current professional assets, query selection, and fresh coverage can affect progress. An individualized plan is more useful than a fixed deadline that ignores the situation.

Agree on review points

Establish the baseline, agreed searches, reporting cadence, and approval process. At each review, discuss work completed, observed movement, dependencies, and priorities for the next period.

Keep the comparison meaningful

Compare the same queries and record dates, location, device, and result types where relevant. A single favorable screenshot does not show sustained change. Discuss remaining exposure as well as improvements.
